Our bees produce the lighter honey from spring wild flowers and plants such as: Maples, deadnettle, wild strawberry, yellow rocket tulip popular, hawthorn, autumn olive, willow, dandelion, oak, apple, cheery, plum, pear, elderberry, blueberry, raspberries, clovers, basswood, and honeysuckle.
